    •    Tickets & Admissions: All ticket sales are final. Refunds are only issued if Pa‘ani Ranch cancels the event.

    •    Vendors: Vendor fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by Pa‘ani Ranch.

    •    Event Cancellation: If we cancel an event, refunds will be processed automatically back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

    •    Weather: Our events run rain or shine unless conditions are unsafe. If canceled due to safety concerns, refunds will be issued.

    •    No-Shows: Tickets not used are non-refundable.
